Ten simple rules to aid in achieving a vision

这是一篇正经科研杂志发表出来的论文，内容却有点像成功学的内容。但考虑到作者是弗吉尼亚大学的教授，且是计算生物学和生物信息学发展早期的前辈，也是该杂志的联合创始人，于是仔细读下来，觉得该总结还是比较有意义的。

达成愿景的十条法则：

1. Be realistic，务实
2. Truly believe in your vision，自己真正相信
3. Have a plan to fulfill the vision and expect both to change，制定计划并接受变化
4. Be in the right place at the right time and seize the opportunity，天时地利人和
5. Be able to finance your vision，有财务支持
6. Be able to communicate the vision effectively，应高效地与他人交流该愿景
7. Be willing to share ownership，愿意与他人分享（以合作）
8. Be patient and don’t expect rewards，耐住性子
9. Know when to stop，知道何时该喊停
10. Take time to enjoy the experience，花时间参与活动的庆祝
